The 2009 Summer Program at Mims Studios invites you to take part in a world where excellence still matters. Patterned after the full time curriculum, the summer program will allow each new student the opportunity to experience the fundamental ideas behind the training and work being produced at Mims Studios.
This classical foundation in drawing, not found in university art departments or even traditional academies of art, is developed through a unique approach making use of both ancient and modern resources. Summer students will be able to observe the work of full time advanced students, and attend illustrated lectures every week, as well as evening life classes.
Full-Time Summer Program Tuition: $2000.
*The Young Artist Summer Program will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from June 16th through July 31st. Young Artist Program Tuition is $900.
